FAQs

Do you accept insurance?

Yes! We use Headway/Alma to verify and bill insurance for services. We are currently in network with Cigna, Aetna, and Optum (United Healthcare). At this time, we can only submit claims to your primary insurance. If you have a secondary insurance, you may submit your invoice to your secondary insurance for reimbursement.

Transcendence Behavioral Health also offers services at affordable rates for those that may be uninsured or have high co-pays/deductibles with their current insurance plans. We will provide an itemized receipt/superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursements if your plan includes out-of-network benefits. For your convenience, you may consider third-party services such as Reimbursify or Thrizer to submit your claims. Transcendence Behavioral Health does not have any affiliation with these services and thus do not guarantee their quality.
